The Armored Familiar is the original CoyoteVest SpikeVest: a lightweight defensive vest designed to help deter surprise attacks and give a handler more time to react. Puncture-resistant ballistic fabric, a Kevlar®-reinforced collar, reflective details, and removable hard-plastic spikes protect vulnerable areas without using rust-prone metal hardware.

Hand-wash with mild detergent and air-dry in the shade. Keep the hook-and-loop closures free of hair and debris. Do not machine dry.
This vest is a defensive deterrent, not a guarantee against injury. Always supervise your dog and follow the manufacturer’s fitting instructions.
